Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi Emphasizes Enhanced Customs Efficiency

Peshawar, Nov 29, : Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi met with Chief Collector of Customs Khawaja Khurram Naeem at the Governor’s House to discuss institutional matters and customs affairs.

During the meeting, Governor Kundi stressed the need to improve customs revenue collection, eliminate smuggling, and enhance customs procedures. He emphasized that federal-level initiatives are necessary to promote trade in the province.

Kundi also highlighted the importance of simplifying customs procedures for trade in the province’s border regions. He emphasized the need to fully activate trade routes to create investment opportunities in the province. Additionally, Kundi stressed the importance of enhancing institutional capacity to eliminate smuggling from border regions.
