Tribal Jirga held in Chaman: All resources being mobilized for  establishing peace, protection of  Pak-Afghan border, says IGFC

QUETTA: The Inspector General of Frontier Corps (FC) Balochistan (North), Major General Abid Mazhar has stated that all resources are being mobilized for establishment of peace and protection of the Pak-Afghan border in Chaman.

The IGFC (North) was addressing the tribal jirga held in Chaman on Thursday.

The tribal elders as well as the officials of civil administration and FC participated in the tribal Jirga.

The matters about Pak-Afghan border management, security situation and others were discussed in the tribal Jirga.

The tribal elders appreciated the efforts of FC for maintaining law and order and social services in the area.

They assured that they are standing with the Pak army and FC for elimination of terrorism and the matters related to the Pak-Afghan border.
