CM directs to complete ongoing development projects of  QDP at the earliest

QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti has directed to complete the ongoing development projects of Quetta Development Package (QDP) at the earliest.

He asserted that no compromise would be made on standard of work on the development projects.

The Chief Minister was chairing the review meeting about development projects being executed under the QDP here at CM’s secretariat on Thursday.

The Provincial Minister for Planning and Development, Mir Zahoor Ahmed Buledi, Chief Secretary Shakeel Qadir Khan, Additional Chief Secretary Development, Project Director of Quetta Development Package and other concerned high ups were in attendance at the meeting.

Addressing the meeting, Chief Minister directed to speed up work on the projects of Quetta Package. During the course of meeting, it was informed that the work on Sariab road and Radio Pakistan road has been completed. The inauguration of the roads would be made in start of next month, it was told.

The Chief Minister directed to prepare a viable project for beautification of Quetta airport road and submit a report thereon within two weeks.

He on the occasion warned that no compromise would be made on quality of development work.
