QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti has stated that all the genuine issues being faced by the traders and business community of the province would be resolved. The issues related to the province would be resolved immediately while the issues related to the federation would be got resolved by approaching the concerned federal quarters.
However, adding he asserted that the smuggling or illegal trade would be discouraged as simply the same can’t be described as legal one.
He assured the business community of the province that he would become their voice. He also said that the law and order situation in the province is not better, however, we have to improve it.
The Chief Minister was speaking to the media persons on occasion of his visit to the Quetta Chamber of Commerce and Industry (QCCI) here on Wednesday.
He on the occasion condemned the situation of anarchy created by a political party and provincial government of KP saying that it is condemnable and matter of concern.
He said that all the genuine issues being faced by the business community of Balochistan would be resolved.
Regarding the law and order situation, the Chief Minister said that the issue of law and order was discussed at the level of Prime Minister and Apex committee.
Regarding the kidnapping of 10-year old child, Muhammad Musawwar, Chief Minister said that he is personally grieved over the issue saying that abduction of a child is really sorrowful and painful.
He said that dharna is right of the family members of kidnapped child, but dharna is causing disturbance to the general public, he added.
He said that the issue of kidnapping of child is being politicized, which is not good as it can pose threat to his life.
He assured that the issue would be taken to logical end and kidnapped child would be recovered safely.
Referring the border trade, Mr. Bugti said that we fully encourage the legal trade, but smuggling can’t be termed legal trade.
He said that individuals get benefit of the smuggling, but we would encourage the legal trade for all.
Meanwhile, the Chief Minister interacted with the business community leaders. He got himself acquainted about the issues being faced by the traders and businessmen of the province.
