Quetta, November 25, A massive corruption scandal has been unearthed in the Balochistan Textbook Board, with allegations of a non-eligible company from Punjab being awarded a contract for publishing textbooks.
According to sources, the Balochistan Textbook Board awarded the contract to a Punjab-based company that does not meet the necessary criteria for the task. The contract was allegedly awarded in exchange for a hefty bribe, ignoring the rules and regulations of the tender process.
Shockingly, companies from Balochistan that were eligible for the contract were deemed ineligible. This move has raised concerns about the future of education in Balochistan.
