Shuhada-e-Pakistan: Nation Mourns Martyrdom of 12 Brave Soldiers in Bannu Terror Attack

Rawalpindi, November 20, 2024 – The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has confirmed the martyrdom of 12 brave soldiers who fought valiantly against terrorists in Bannu on November 19, 2024.

The martyred soldiers include:

– Subedar Imran Ahmed Farooqi (44, resident of Gujranwala)
– Havildar Muhammad Javed Iqbal (29, resident of Sargodha)
– Naik Tahmas Ahmed (34, resident of Abbottabad)
– Naik Basit Farid (39, resident of Haripur)
– Sepoy Safdar Ali (33, resident of Barkhan District)
– Sepoy Asad Bashir (32, resident of Kohlu District)
– Sepoy Ejaz Hussain (38, resident of Dera Ghazi Khan)
– Sepoy Atif Khan (23, resident of Mianwali)
– Sepoy Amanullah (30, resident of Karak District)
– Sepoy Shah Zaman (22, resident of Lower Dir)
– Sepoy Haseebullah (22, resident of Karak District)
– Sepoy Usmanullah (33, resident of Karak District)

Their funeral prayers were held at Bannu Garrison, attended by Commander Peshawar Corps, senior military officials, civil administration, and fellow soldiers.

The nation pays tribute to these brave sons of Pakistan who laid down their lives defending the country against terrorism.
