Sanghar (Hasnain Ashiq Saand) Regional Director of Provincial Ombudsman Sanghar, Ghulam Shabir Memon, organized a seminar at Government Boys Degree College Sanghar to raise awareness about the role and functions of the Ombudsman. The seminar witnessed active participation from students who enthusiastically asked questions about addressing grievances with government departments.
In response to the students’ queries, the Regional Director assured that complaints against any provincial department, including educational institutions, could be filed easily. He explained that individuals only need to write their grievance on a plain piece of paper and submit it to the Ombudsman’s office in Sanghar, free of charge. He further emphasized that all complaints are addressed promptly and fairly.
Commending the talent and confidence of the students and lecturers, Mr. Memon remarked, “The confidence of our youth indicates that the next generation will be well-educated and skilled.”
The principal of the college briefed the Regional Director on the institution’s educational standards and achievements.
Later, Mr. Memon visited Civil Hospital Sanghar, where Civil Surgeon Aftab Azam Sirewal provided a detailed overview of the healthcare facilities and services available at the hospital.
