CM directs to expedite pace of work on  development projects, complete within  stipulated time ensuring high standard

QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti has directed to the concerned authorities to expedite pace of work on the development projects and complete them within stipulated time maintaining high standards of work.

The Chief Minister said that the allocated resources for the development projects are the taxes money of the general public, the wastage of which is not tolerable.

He issued orders to release the funds from the Finance Department direct to the executing department.

He said that as a Chief Executive of the province, he is ready to take every kind of political pressure, just the officers should ensure merit.

He also directed to end the unnecessary and long process after release of the funds by the Finance Department.

The Chief Minister was chairing review meeting about implementation and progress of the approved development projects here on Thursday.

The administrative secretaries of the concerned provincial government departments briefed the meeting about the development projects.

The meeting decided to end the unnecessary and long process after release of the funds to the departments from Finance Department.

Addressing the meeting, Chief Minister insisted that we have to look into as to where the delay is occurred in progress of the development projects and what comes the hurdles in the way of implementation.

He directed to the concerned to end the unnecessary and lengthy process after release of the funds.

He said that the fruits of development process must reach to the general public.

He said that performance of the departments is conditional with the speed of implementation on the development projects.
