Chief Minister Haji Gulbar Khan, during his visit to Bagrote, emphasized the region’s historical and cultural significance. He pledged to resolve local issues and eradicate deprivation. Khan stressed the importance of lasting peace and brotherhood in Gilgit-Baltistan’s development journey.

He announced the Chara-Dattochi Road project and directed the construction department to expedite its feasibility study. Additionally, Khan confirmed the Cabinet’s approval of the Land Reforms Act, which will soon be passed by the Assembly, transferring land ownership to locals.
