A high-level conference presided over by Balochistan Chief Secretary Shakil Ahmad Khan was held on Tuesday, focusing on critical issues such as teacher and doctor attendance in schools and hospitals, anti-smuggling efforts, temporary recruitment of educators and medical professionals, quality education and healthcare services, and the conversion of agricultural tubewells to solar power.
The conference brought together Additional Chief Secretary Home Shahab Ali Shah, DG Balochistan Levies Force Naseebullah Kakar, Secretary Forests Dostin Khan Jamaldini, Secretary Industries Secretary Transport Muhammad Hayat Kakar, Secretary Information Imran Khan, and Secretary Schools Saleh Muhammad Naseer. Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners participated via video link.
Chief Secretary Shakil Ahmad Khan emphasized the importance of officials ensuring their presence in their respective districts and performing their duties honestly for the welfare and well-being of the public. He stressed that providing basic amenities to citizens at their doorsteps is essential ¹.
