King Salman Relief Center Provides Aid to 1,000 Flood-Affected Families in Gilgit-Baltistan

Gilgit: The King Salman Relief Center has initiated the distribution of shelter and non-food item kits to 1,000 families affected by the recent floods and heavy rains in Gilgit-Baltistan.

The relief kits, benefiting over 7,000 individuals, include:- Shelters
– Solar panels
– Blankets
– Plastic mats
– Kitchen sets
– Water coolers
– Anti-bacterial soap
In collaboration with the Gilgit-Baltistan Disaster Management Authority, local administration, and Hayat Foundation, the kits are being distributed in the affected districts of Astore and Ghizer.
This humanitarian effort aims to address the urgent needs of those impacted by the devastating floods, providing essential items for survival and rehabilitation.
