Oct. 25, a daring encounter unfolded in Qambar Shahdadkot district’s A-Section police station limits, near the Sabzi Mandi on Qubo Road. Police officials, led by SHO A-Section Shahdadkot, courageously confronted dacoits, resulting in a shootout that left two police personnel, Gadah Hussein Shah and private driver Sher Muhammad, injured.
DIG Larkana Nasser Aftab took swift notice of the incident, praising the officers’ bravery and ordering:
– *Best possible medical treatment* for the injured personnel
– *Immediate arrest* of the involved culprits
SP Qambar Shahdadkot Muhammad Kaleem Malik was contacted, and a heavy police contingent, under his leadership, pursued the fleeing dacoits.
The Larkana Police’s swift response and bravery have been commendable in foiling this dacoity attempt. Further updates on the investigation and arrest of the culprits are awaited.
