Quetta, October 24, 2024: Quetta’s district administration has taken swift action against hazardous mini petrol pumps at Hazarganji Truck Adda, sealing 10 pumps to ensure public safety.
The administration acted on public complaints and visited the site, finding pumps in high-risk areas that posed severe threats to human life.
Assistant Commissioner (Sariab) Mariyah Shmeoun ordered the closure of all mini petrol pumps at Hazarganji Truck Adda and issued stern warnings, cautioning that no pumps will be allowed in high-traffic areas. Those who reopen pumps in such areas will face severe consequences.
This action is part of the administration’s efforts to protect citizens and maintain order in Quetta.
