Oct. 22 Governor of Balochistan, Jafar Khan Mandokhail, has expressed deep sorrow and condolences over the passing of Sardar Reza Muhammad Barich, a central leader of the Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party and former provincial education minister. Mandokhail praised Barich as a noble and compassionate individual who served the people selflessly, particularly in raising awareness about their rights and privileges ¹.
