Thatta, October 16, 2024: Thatta District Police has launched a district-wide snap checking operation to maintain law and order.
– Vehicle checking: Motorcycles, rickshaws, passenger vans, buses, and other vehicles are being checked.
– Tinted glasses and fancy number plates removed.
– SDPOs and SHOs collaborate on snap checking.
– City-wide coverage: Key areas, entry and exit points targeted.
– Suspicious individuals and vehicles detained for verification.
The operation, led by SSP Thatta Dr. Muhammad Imran Khan, aims to prevent untoward incidents and ensure public safety under the directives of IG Sindh Ghulam Nabi Memon and DIG Hyderabad Range Tariq Razzak Dharejo.
