A Joint Larkana. Oct. 15 Investigation Team (JIT) has been constituted to probe the gruesome murder of three family members in Hyder Brohi village, Baqrani taluka, near Larkana ¹. The victims, Qaim Khatoon Brohi, her son Nadeem Brohi, and daughter Fazila Brohi, were killed by armed gunmen 23 days ago.
The JIT, established on court orders, aims to ensure a transparent investigation. DIG Larkana Nasir Aftab Pathan has appointed DSP Ratodero Zahoor Ahmad Soomro as chairman, SHO Bagrani Muhammad Alam Jamarani and IT in-charge Larkana as members.

The District Bar Association in Larkana staged a protest rally from the Bar’s room to the session court premises. The lawyers are boycotting the police’s alleged lathi charge and arrests of their leaders. Allah Dad Chandio led the protest, demanding justice for the victims and condemning the police’s actions ¹.
The JIT’s formation is a significant step towards unraveling the truth behind the triple murder. As the investigation unfolds, tensions in Larkana are expected to ease. The protest by the District Bar Association highlights the need for accountability and transparency in the investigation process.
