Accused absconding after bail was rejected, in the case was filed in Badah

LARKANA : In the case filed against the leaders in the city of Badah of Larkana district, the defendants, through their lawyer, filed an application for bail in the court of District and Sessions Judge Larkana. His lawyer Mohammad Rafiq Abaro, Luqman Ahmed Magsi, Ahmed Ali Wadho, Waseem Raza Memon, Sajjad Jamarani testified in the case, while the named accused in the case appeared in the court through their lawyer, where the court after hearing the arguments of the lawyers of the parties, named 5 in the case. The accused Muhammad Anwar Masan, Abdul Qayyum Masan, Younis Ali Masan, Shafiq Ahmad Junejo and Asad Ahmed Abaro rejected the bail, on which the police arrested 3 accused Muhammad Anwar Masan, Abdul Qayyum Masan and Shafiq Ahmad Junejo. Accused Younis Ali Masan and Asad Ahmad Abaro escaped, speaking to the media on this occasion, the resident of Badah city, Abdul Razzaq Abaro, said that the accused in the case are building their place of worship as a Muslim mosque in the village of Gabar Masan and are also luring the villagers. The case of this incident has been registered at Badah police station in the month of July under crime number B298/C298/52-2924, which was heard in the court of the 6th Additional and Sessions Judge of Larkana. After hearing the arguments of the lawyers, the court rejected the application for bail.
