PROVINCIAL MINISTER INDUSTRIES TAKES NOTICE OF UNSAFE DISPOSAL OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE

Karachi, September 10: Provincial Minister for Industries and Commerce, Jam Ikramullah Dharejo, has taken notice of the unsafe disposal of industrial waste in drains and directed factory owners to adopt safe disposal methods.

In a statement issued here on Tuesday, the Minister said that the irresponsible disposal of industrial waste not only increases environmental pollution but also causes diseases. He directed the Managing Director of SITE to ensure that factory owners dispose of industrial waste safely and warned against any negligence in this regard.
