Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq has announced that action will be taken against those responsible for the arrests made from the Parliament premises yesterday. He also summoned IG Islamabad, DIG Operations, and SSP Operations to investigate the matter.
In a meeting of the National Assembly, members of parliament discussed the incident, and Ayaz Sadiq stated that action will be taken against those responsible. He has requested videos from all gates and areas to determine who was responsible.
Ayaz Sadiq expressed disappointment, stating that he considers himself unlucky to have been in the chair during two incidents: the 2014 attack on Parliament by a party and his cousin, and the recent raid on Maulana Salahuddin’s residence.
The Speaker announced that an FIR will be registered against those responsible for the arrests, ensuring that accountability is maintained.
