On the occasion of Pakistan Navy Day, Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has paid tribute to the bravery and sacrifices of the Pakistan Navy.
In her message, the Chief Minister said, “We salute the Pakistan Navy for safeguarding the coastal boundaries of Pakistan. The officers and soldiers of Pakistan Navy are our pride. I pay tribute to the achievements of the valiant soldiers of Pakistan Navy.”
The Chief Minister highlighted the Pakistan Navy’s heroic role in the 1965 and 1971 wars, saying, “The Pakistan Navy gave a befitting reply to its enemy, causing irreparable losses while safeguarding its coastal boundaries. Their unforgettable role in safeguarding the homeland will be remembered in the annals of history for long.”
