Balochistan cabinet strongly condemns incidents of terrorism

QUETTA: The Balochistan cabinet has strongly condemned the recent incidents of terrorism took place in different parts of the province on August 25 and 26, 2024.
The cabinet also offered fateha for the departed souls of those martyred in these incidents of terrorism.
The provincial cabinet met with the Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti in the chair here on Wednesday.
The provincial ministers, advisors as well as the parliamentary secretaries and Chief Secretary, Shakeel Qadir Khan, Inspector General of Police, Moazzam Jah Ansari and the administrative secretaries of the provincial government were in attendance.
Addressing the provincial cabinet, Chief Minister said that the provincial assembly had also unanimously condemned the incidents of terrorism in its session the other day. The provincial cabinet also strongly condemns the incidents of terrorism in the province.
He said that the handful terrorists kill the innocent people after finding the soft target. He said that the Balochi traditions were violated in the name of “so-called Balochi nationalism”.
He said that no Baloch killed any Punjabi, rather terrorists killed Pakistanis.
The Chief Minister said that we are sending our youngsters in the higher educational institutions of the world including Oxford and Harvard Universities while the terrorists organizations are provoking them (youngsters) towards the subversive acts. Now the decision has to be made by the people of Balochistan, he maintained.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti also said that we would resolve issues of the people through good governance.
He stressed that it is necessary to set right direction for bringing sustainable development.
He said that we have to work for the common person of Balochistan who face hardships in the life.
The Chief Minister on the occasion directed to the provincial Ministers, Chief Secretary and all administrative secretaries of the provincial government departments to pay visit to all districts of the province to get them acquainted about the issues of people.
