This development comes after Anand intervened in the matter, following concerns raised by community activist Fahad Iqbal, President of AMPAK Toronto.
Details of the upgrade are expected to be announced in the coming weeks, but sources confirm that the center will receive additional staff and resources to improve processing times and services.
