Provincial Education Minister Rahila Hamid Khan Durrani visited the Government Science College Quetta, which was affected by a severe fire last night. She gathered details about the incident from the relevant authorities.

Speaking to the media on the occasion, Provincial Education Minister Rahila Durrani said that it is premature to link the fire to terrorism, and she has directed the Secretary of Colleges and Higher Technical Education and the college principal to conduct an immediate inquiry into the incident and provide detailed information. If any miscreants are found involved, legal action will be taken against them, and an FIR will be registered. She also emphasized the need for security arrangements in educational institutions across the province and directed that the entry of unrelated persons into hostels be banned immediately.

The Provincial Education Minister also expressed concern over the incident.
