Government ought to provide all necessary facilities to youth for bright & successful life: Governor

QUETTA: The Governor Balochistan, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail has stressed that the responsibility rests with the government for providing all necessary facilities to the youngsters for their bright and successful life.
He said that future is of the youth and it is not enough merely to acknowledge them as an asset of the future, rather it is also necessary to provide opportunities of grooming and proper respectful livelihood in the right direction.
In a statement issued here on Saturday, the Governor said that loss of any youngster is not one’s tragedy in the society only, rather it is also the loss of our collective future.
By doing so, making investment in youth is tantamount to make investment in our collective future, he maintained.
He said that major part of our total population consists of the youth, therefore, they should be given importance in the policy, decision and budget making.
He said that we are passing through such critical era of the history where the unemployment and other issues are putting negative impacts on the minds of youth.
Therefore, it is direly needed to strengthen and promote healthy and social activities, he added.
He also stressed the need to create friendly environment for our youth, which may encourage their participation in economic and social activities.
He said that timely guidance and appropriate environment is needed for youth to help them cope with the challenges of life and moving them ahead successfully.
