Training Program on Google Workspace Held for Information Department Officials in Balochistan

In line with the global shift towards paperless technology, a training program was organized for officials of the Information Department in Balochistan to promote digital documentation and workflow. The program was conducted under the directives of Provincial Secretary Information Imran Khan and Director General Public Relations Muhammad Noor Khetran.

The training focused on Google Workspace and its applications, providing detailed insights into its usage and benefits. Officials from the Information Department, including Director Syed Tanveer Akhtar, Director Saeed Ahmed Shahwani, Deputy Director Muhammad Najeebullah Langove, and Deputy Director Syed Jafar Shah, attended the program.

System Analyst Muhammad Asim Durani and Information Cell DGPR Zainul Abideen provided training and highlighted the ease of using Google Workspace. They explained that creating a workspace allows for the upload and creation of official documents, enabling real-time collaboration with officials in sector offices.

The program aimed to enhance digital literacy and promote paperless technology in the Information Department, aligning with global trends and improving workflow efficiency.
