ALIMA KHAN ENTERS ACTIVE POLITICS, MEETS DISGRUNTLED PTI WORKERS IN PESHAWAR

Peshawar, August 26, – Alima Khan, sister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder, has officially entered active politics. Without informing the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, she visited Peshawar and Mardan, meeting disgruntled party workers who have been jailed or are unhappy with the party leadership.

The disgruntled workers complained about Ali Amin Gandapur and other party leaders. Alima Khan announced that she would launch a campaign for the release of the PTI founder, along with the workers.

On the other hand, a committee headed by former President Arif Alvi has been formed to resolve internal differences within the PTI. Arif Alvi will listen to the concerns of both sides and present his proposals within a week.
