HISTORIC ELECTION RIGGING: NATIONAL PARTY CRIES FOUL

Independent Report.
Quetta, August 24, National Party’s Provincial President and Member of Balochistan Assembly, Mir Rahmat Saleh Baloch, and Central Joint Secretary and Member of National Assembly, Phelan Baloch, have condemned the historic election rigging in the recent polls.

Speaking at a meeting with party friends and various delegations at the National Party’s Central Secretariat, Mir Rahmat Saleh Baloch said, “The National Party believes in the supremacy of the people and considers them the center of power. However, a new form of election rigging, Form 47, was introduced, and our public mandate was stolen.”

Phelan Baloch added, “Before the general elections, we mobilized the public and highlighted the importance of voting. On election day, the people used their voting power to make us the majority party in Balochistan. But unfortunately, the drug mafia and land mafia took over the people’s voting power overnight and imposed themselves through Form 47.”

The National Party leaders lamented that the election rigging has spread disappointment among the youth, causing people to distrust national institutions. They vowed to continue raising their voice against this injustice.
