The Anti-Rape Court in Hab, presided over by Additional Sessions Judge Barkat Ali Marghzani, has sentenced the accused, Waseem son of Naseer Buzanj, to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 25,000 for rape. The accused had raped a 4-year-old girl, (M), resident of Rahoo Goth Sakran, Hab.
The accused, Waseem, has been transferred to Gadani Jail. Lawyers Allah Bakhsh Mengal and Asif Ali Sanjrani played a key role in providing justice to the victim. The sentencing of the accused has restored the honor of the victim’s family in society and will have a positive impact on society.
