ISLAMABAD, AUGUST 14 (INDEPENDENT DESK)_
The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has continued its operations against drug smuggling, recovering over 15kg of narcotics in 7 separate actions, and arresting 7 suspects.
– 6kg of charas was recovered near Chunghi Amar Sadhu, Lahore.
– 5.4kg of weed was recovered from a car on the Coastal Highway, Gwadar, and the suspect was arrested.
– 1kg of ice was recovered from a suspect in Dera Ghazi Khan.
– 990 grams of charas was recovered from a suspect near Bacha Khan Bridge, Karachi.
– 970 grams of ice was recovered from a suspect at the Sher Shah Toll Plaza, Multan.
– 600 grams of charas and 100 grams of ice were recovered from two suspects near F-11, Islamabad.
– 473 grams of ice was recovered from a suspect on the M-1 Motorway, Islamabad.
Cases have been registered against the arrested suspects under the Anti-Narcotics Act, and investigations have begun.
