QUETTA: The Speaker Balochistan Assembly, Captain (Retd) Abdul Khaliq Khan Achakzai has expressed deep grief and sorrow over killing of Deputy Commissioner Panjgur, Zakir Baloch in the incident of firing in Khad Kocha area of Mastung.
In an official condemnation issued here on Tuesday, the Speaker paid tributes to the slain Deputy Commissioner saying that he was a dutiful and able officer, who served the people of the province with dedication and honesty.
The Speaker said that death of Deputy Commissioner Panjgur is a big loss of the province and nation.
He also condemned the cowardly act of terrorism in which the Deputy Commissioner was targeted and martyred.
He said that we remember Zakir Baloch as an enlightened and intelligent officer whose vision was the prosperous and developed Balochistan.
He said that services of Deputy Commissioner would always be remembered.
He also expressed heartfelt condolence and empathy with the bereaved family of Zakir Baloch and prayed for his departed soul.
