The Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwarul Haq, has condemned in the strongest terms the Israeli attack that martyred Palestinian freedom fighter Ismail Haniyeh.
The cabinet expressed full solidarity with the Palestinian brothers and demanded that the international community play its role in stopping Israeli atrocities.
The cabinet also appealed to the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to take notice of Israeli aggression and urged the international community to take note of India’s actions in Kashmir.
The cabinet declared that the Kashmir issue is the unfinished agenda of South Asia and thanked the Pakistani people for standing with their Kashmiri brothers at all times.
The cabinet also expressed gratitude to the Chief of Army Staff, General Syed Asim Munir, for his support to the Kashmir freedom movement.
General Syed Asim Munir stressed the need to resolve the Kashmir issue in accordance with UN resolutions.
