PROVINCIAL MINISTER FOR COMMUNICATIONS AND WORKS, MIR SALEEM KHAN KHOSSA, VISITS FLOOD-AFFECTED AREAS IN HIS CONSTITUENCY

Nasirabad, August 8: Provincial Minister for Communications and Works, Mir Saleem Khan Khosa, visited the flood-affected areas in his constituency, Sabzatpur, to assess the damage and breaches in various canals. The local administration, irrigation department, and people had already plugged the breaches.

During the visit, the affected people and flood victims complained to the Minister about the poor performance of the Irrigation Department. Executive Engineer Irrigation Drainage, Madasser Zafar Khosa, Attaullah Khosa, and Riyaz Ahmed Khosa were present on the occasion.

The Provincial Minister assured the people that they would not be left alone in this difficult time and that all possible cooperation would be provided to ensure the supply of essential items in the flood-affected areas. He said that while it is impossible to combat natural disasters, precautionary measures can be taken to mitigate their effects. The government will provide all possible support to reduce the problems faced by the flood-affected people.
