Islamabad, August 6, 2024: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, emphasized that Islam is a religion of peace, love, and tolerance, and there is no room for violence in any sect or religion.
Addressing the “Message of Hajj Conference 2024” organized by the Pakistan Ulema Council and the International Ta’zim-e-Haramain Sharifain Council, the Governor highlighted the importance of unity, solidarity, and peace among Muslims. He noted that the message of Hajj is a message of unity, solidarity, and peace for Muslims.
The conference, held in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Religious Affairs and Overseas Pakistanis, was attended by prominent figures including Federal Minister Chaudhry Salik Hussain, Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Said Al-Maliki, and Chairman Pakistan Ulema Council Maulana Tahir Mahmood Ashrafi.
Governor Kundi also praised the strong relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, saying they share a bond of brotherhood and cooperation.
The conference aimed to promote unity and peace among Muslims, and to highlight the true message of Islam.
