Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, has paid tribute to the police martyrs on Youm-e-Shuhada, saying, “I salute the martyrs of the police who have sacrificed their lives for the country and nation.”
The Governor said that the police martyrs have made their mark on history by giving their lives for the country and nation. He added that civilized nations always remember their martyrs.
Governor Kundi expressed pride over the security forces, including the police, who have sacrificed their lives for the country. He praised the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police for their courage and determination in the fight against terrorism.
The Governor said that every brave soldier has the desire to sacrifice their life for the country and nation. He added that the spirit of martyrdom is what gives our police the courage to fight against terrorism without fear.
Governor Kundi assured the families of police martyrs that they are not alone and that the government stands with them. He also praised the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa police for performing their duties exemplary despite limited resources.
