On July 31st , 2024, the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) organized a significant meeting at a private hotel in Islamabad, aimed at engaging with investors. The event was attended by Sardar Tahir Mehmood, President of the Federation of Realtors of Pakistan, along with both national and international investors.
The FGEHA panel, which included (Director Planning, Director Law, Director Estate, Director Revenue, and GM Finance EHFPRO), warmly welcomed the guests. The meeting primarily focused on the upcoming public auction of 03 mixed-use commercial plots in Sector G-13, scheduled for August 7, 2024. This auction marks a historic first for Islamabad, as organized by the FGEHA.
During the discussions, the investors expressed strong interest in the FGEHA projects and commended the efforts of the Director General. They highlighted the importance of continued partnership and collaboration, underscoring the potential of Pakistan, particularly its vibrant population and the growing demand for housing. The FGEHA panel carefully considered the investors’ proposals and shared information about future plans and initiatives.
