Karachi (July 31): Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori met with Hamid Hussain, Member of the National Assembly and leader of Majlis Wahdat-e-Muslimeen from District Kurram. They discussed the current situation, the role of forces in combating terrorism, and other issues. Governor Sindh noted that Pakistan is currently facing multiple challenges simultaneously. He emphasized the importance of the role of religious scholars in addressing both economic and internal issues. He mentioned that external forces are involved in terrorism and sectarian conflicts, and that extremist elements have resurfaced. Governor Kamran Tessori urged religious scholars to take a proactive role in countering these threats. Hamid Hussain reiterated his commitment to opposing terrorism and sectarian strife, stating that unity, agreement, and discipline are crucial for Pakistan’s stability.
