The purpose of the open court ( koli kachehri) by DC Chaman is to identify the problems of the common people.
Deputy Commissioner Chaman, Captain (R) Raja Atta Abbas, presided over an open court at the Boys Degree College Chaman’s sports complex to resolve the problems and issues faced by the public. The open court was attended by DPO Chaman Shahid Jamil Kakar, ADC Habib Ahmed Bangulzai, and officers from the district administration and other relevant departments.
Citizens of Chaman shared their problems and issues in detail, including those related to NADRA, WAPDA, health, education, and others. Officers from the relevant departments provided detailed explanations and answers to questions regarding the problems and issues faced by the public.
On this occasion, the Deputy Commissioner issued orders to resolve district-level issues promptly. He said that issues related to the provincial government and higher authorities would be forwarded to the concerned authorities, and every possible effort would be made to resolve them.
He said that all officers and officials should consider themselves servants of the people and resolve public issues and problems. They should provide correct guidance to the public in all matters and cooperate with them.
He said that the district administration, police officers, officials, and staff of all relevant departments should make public service their motto and perform their duties with a smile, without troubling the public unnecessarily, as they receive salaries and other benefits for serving the public.
He said that citizens should nominate representatives to forward their unresolved issues to the district administration, and they would promptly address them.
On this occasion, citizens expressed gratitude to Deputy Commissioner Chaman, Captain (R) Raja Atta Abbas, for holding the open court and hoped that the DC Chaman, district administration, and officers of all relevant departments would fulfill their promises.”
