Governor Balochistan reaches Zhob on two-day official visit; inaugurates Zhob-Wana Road

QUETTA: The Governor Balochistan, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail reached native area, Zhob on two-day official visit on Tuesday.
The Governor Balochistan was accompanied by the Provincial Ministers, Mir Muhammad Asim Kurd and Noor Muhammad Dummar.
During the first leg of his visit, the Governor inaugurated Zhob-Wana road in Zhob.
Earlier, upon his arrival in Zhob, the Governor was welcomed by the Commissioner Zhob, Tariqur Rehman Baloch, Deputy Commissioner Zhob, Mehmood Ahmed Achakzai, acting DPO, Akhtar Achakzai and other divisional and district officers.
The smartly turned out contingent of Balochistan Constabulary presented guard of honour to the Governor as soon as he reached Zhob by helicopter.
It may be mentioned here that the Governor’s visit is aimed at getting himself acquainted about the ground situation of the remote areas besides the issues being faced by the people there.
During the visit, Governor is also meeting the tribal and political personalities besides holding meeting with the concerned officials on the ongoing development process and law and order situation in Zhob.
Needless to mention here is that it is the first visit of Sheikh Jaffar Mandokhail after becoming Governor Balochistan to this native area.
