SHIKARPUR: SEPCO Shikarpur chapter held an Open Katchehary for Shikarpur Electricity Consumers at it’s Office here on Friday.
According to details, to resolve the outstanding problems facing by the Electricity Consumers of Shikarpur, the Open Katchehary was held here by SEPCO Shikarpur chapter in which Superintendent Engineer Parvaiz Ahmed Phulpoto and Housh Muhammad Sethar listened the problems of the consumers and solved their problems including Over Billings etc at great extent.
Talking with Media, the SEPCO Superintendent Engineer Parvaiz Ahmed Phulpoto, SDO-I Housh Muhammad Sethar, SDO-II Sohail Ahmed Malano and Line Superintendent Mohsin Rafique Awan disclosed that they have received multiple complaints of Consumers like as Over Billings, Deductions, Faul in Electric Meters, tripping of voltage, prolong electric load shedding and Transformers etc.
On the occasion, the Authority tried their level best to resolve the issues of the Consumers like as making instalments in Bills, concession in Deductions on Bills and others on the spot.
While they assured to overcome the theft of electricity by holding multiple operations against the involved and also provide due relief to their respective Consumers at large.
Meanwhile the SEPCO Shikarpur Staff and Management is also available at their office to oblige their Consumers.
They also assured that all outstanding problems of Electricity Consumers would be resolved.
