SEPCO Shikarpur Holds Open Katchehary for Electricity Consumers

SHIKARPUR: July 19 The SEPCO Shikarpur chapter held an Open Katchehary (public hearing) for electricity consumers at its office on Friday. The event aimed to resolve outstanding issues faced by consumers in Shikarpur.

According to details, Superintendent Engineer Parvaiz Ahmed Phulpoto and SDO-I Housh Muhammad Sethar listened to consumers’ problems and addressed issues such as overbilling, deductions, faulty electric meters, voltage tripping, prolonged load shedding, and transformer complaints.

Talking to the media, the SEPCO Superintendent Engineer Parvaiz Ahmed Phulpoto and SDO-I Housh Muhammad Sethar disclosed that they had received multiple complaints from consumers like overbilling, deductions, faults in electric meters, tripping of voltage, prolonged electric load shedding, and transformers, etc. On the occasion, the authority tried their level best to resolve the issues of the consumers like making corrections in bills, replacing faulty meters, and ensuring uninterrupted power supply.

The Open Katchehary was a successful event, and consumers appreciated the efforts of SEPCO authorities in addressing their grievances. The event was a step towards ensuring consumer satisfaction and providing quality services to the people of Shikarpur.
