Governor Balochistan Stresses Empowerment of Women in 21st Century

Quetta, July 19: Governor Balochistan, Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, emphasized the importance of women’s empowerment in the 21st century, stating that it is essential for the government to ensure social and economic protection and provide modern skills training to women.

During a meeting with delegations from the Pakistan Peoples Party and Muslim League-N at the Governor’s House in Quetta, Mandokhail said that women are playing a significant role in politics and economics globally. He added that it is crucial for the government to develop a comprehensive strategy to address the issues faced by women and provide them with equal opportunities.

“The 21st century is the century of women,” Mandokhail said. “Women are capable and talented, and it is essential to provide them with necessary facilities and opportunities to excel.”

The Governor highlighted the potential of Balochistan’s women, stating that they are breaking traditional stereotypes and pursuing careers in science, technology, and engineering. He praised women for their contributions to human resources and economic development, emphasizing that women’s empowerment is essential for the province’s progress.
