Quetta, July 18: The Met Office Balochistan has predicted rain and thunderstorms in various districts of the province on Thursday and Friday.
On Thursday, Zhob, Barkhan, Musa Khel, Sherani, Harnai, Ziarat, Khuzdar, and Kalat districts are expected to receive rain with thunderstorms. In the evening and night, Quetta, Killa Saifullah, Loralai, Duki, and Mastung districts are expected to have partly cloudy weather with light rain and strong winds.
On Friday, Zhob, Barkhan, Musa Khel, Sherani, Harnai, Ziarat, Khuzdar, and Kalat districts are expected to receive rain with thunderstorms. Quetta, Killa Saifullah, Loralai, Duki, Mastung, Awaran, Lasbela, and Hub districts are expected to have partly cloudy weather with strong winds and rain.
The maximum temperature recorded in the last 24 hours was 48°C in Turbat, 46°C in Dalbandin, Nok Kundi, and Sibi, 45°C in Lasbela, 43°C in Panjgur, 39°C in Quetta, and 38°C in Gwadar. Zhob received 8.0 mm of rainfall.
