CM dismayed over absence of doctors, medical staff and poor cleanliness in Mufti Mehmood Hospital Kuchlak

QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti has expressed displeasure over the absence of doctors and other medical staff from their duties and poor cleanliness situation in Mufti Mehmood Memorial Hospital (MMMH), Kuchlak.
The Chief Minister directed to the Special Secretary Health to dismiss all the absentee staff of the MMMH.
Mir Sarfraz Bugti was on surprise visit to the MMMH on Monday where he went round of different departments and sections of the Hospital and inspected the health facilities being provided to the patients there.
He also inspected the record of attendance of the doctors and other staff at the Hospital. He was displeased with absence of doctors and other medical staff from their duties and directed to the Special Secretary Health to take disciplinary action against those found absent from their duties.
The Chief Minister on an occasion asked the Medical Superintendent of the Hospital not to hide the facts rather tell the truth.
He regretfully pointed out that billions of rupees are provided for medical treatment of the poor people, however, there are no results of the same.
He directed to the Medical Superintendent of Mufti Mehmood Hospital to improve the attendance of doctors and situation of cleanliness in the Hospital within couple of days. Stern action would be taken if the situation was not improved, adding the Chief Minister warned
