QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court (BHC) has issued notices to the Additional Chief Secretary (Development) Balochistan, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister and Deputy Chairman Planning Commission of Pakistan to show cause, as to why a contempt of court proceedings shall not be initiated against them for a willful defiance of the court’s orders.
The BHC also directed all the concerned officials to appear in personal capacity for filing a reply to the show cause notice.
The Court observed: “we are dismayed to further observe here that despite sending the copies of orders to all the concerned officials at provincial and federal level, no response has ever been received.
