Due to severe storm and wind damage, 3 towers of the 132KV Kohat Transmission Line have been severely damaged, disrupting power supply to the 66KV Kalay Grid Station. As a result, 10 feeders from the grid station have been shut down, affecting power supply to various areas of Orakzai district. TESCO teams are working diligently to repair the damage, but are facing challenges due to the difficult terrain, harsh weather conditions, and security concerns. The CEO of TESCO has directed the relevant officers and staff to complete the repair work as soon as possible to restore power supply.
