The Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Safraz Bugti, has expressed deep regret over the incident and directed the provincial government’s spokesperson, Shahid Rind, to visit the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) to inquire about the health of the injured. The Secretary of Health, Saleh Baloch, and Director Health, Fehim Khan Afridi, also accompanied Rind.

According to the briefing, seven severely injured individuals are being treated in the ICU, while two others are receiving treatment in the general ward. The provincial government and health department officials expressed satisfaction with the treatment being provided.

The Chief Minister has also ordered an investigation into the incident, and if any negligence is found, action will be taken against the transport company concerned.
