Governor of Balochistan, Sheikh Jafar Khan Mandokhail, has expressed concern over the increasing crime rate and street crimes in Quetta, the provincial capital, and other districts. He has urged all law enforcement agencies and district administrations to take concrete steps to address public complaints about rising crimes and ensure peace and security. He emphasized that the safety and security of citizens is a top priority and no negligence will be tolerated in this regard. He made these remarks during a meeting with Additional Inspector General of Police, Javed Ahmed Dogar, at the Governor’s House in Quetta.
