The Governor of Balochistan, Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail, addressed a ceremony titled “Journey towards Peace and Stability in Balochistan” at the Buitems University. He stated that the issue of unrest and terrorism in Balochistan is a political problem that requires a sustainable political solution. He emphasized the importance of keeping the doors of consultation and continuous dialogue open, even in the face of difficult and frustrating circumstances. He warned that ignoring social problems can lead to political and social unrest, and stressed the need for timely solutions to social issues.

The ceremony was attended by provincial ministers, including Rahila Hameed Khan Durrani, Zohor Ahmed Buledi, and Mir Zia Langove, as well as the Vice Chancellor of Buitems University, Dr. Khalid Hafeez, and a large number of students and faculty members.
