– The Thatta Police, under the instructions of SSP Dr. Muhammad Imran Khan, have launched a crackdown on drug traffickers, criminals, and habitual offenders.
– 8 suspects, including 7 gutka material suppliers and 1 drug dealer, have been arrested.
– The police have recovered:
– 810 kg of gutka material
– 700 packets of gutka
– 1 Corolla car
– 3 Suzuki pickups
– 102 bags of desi sharab (local liquor)
– The police have registered cases against the suspects under the relevant laws, including the Gutka Act and the Narcotics Ordinance.
– The crackdown was carried out by the Thatta Police, Gharo Police, and CIA Police, who conducted raids at various locations and foiled an attempt to supply gutka material.
