QUETTA: The Fisheries and Coastal Development Department has imposed ban on the fishing in the waters of Balochistan province for two months period.
This was announced in an official hand out issued here the other day.
According to the hand out, the ban has been imposed on fishing due to the season of reproduction and breeding of the fishes in the waters of province including sea, rivers, canals, dams and inland water.
The ban shall come into force from June 1 and shall remain in force till July 31, 2024, as mentioned in the hand out.
